My motto is finding the cause of problem with prevention suggestions. I check and analyze the body as a whole and in detail.

First total body check

In this session, we do a detailed check of the bone characteristics and the body history. Let's find out the cause of the problem and consider the possible risks in the future. An examination from a physical expert is highly recommended to learn how to keep your body stays longer.

Group / Upper body

A stoop causes a shoulder & neck pain and a bad appearance of upper body such as flat bust, big face, less waist and wide back. Stoop is a big enemy for women. Let's get a beautiful upper body by this class!

The exercise is focused on solving physical issues respectively. One of the advantages is to respond right away for the body changes. I recommend this not only for those who want to ease the pain or correct the posture ASAP, but also for regular posture checks.

Group / Leg

This session is worthwhile for those with O-legs and X-legs types. Having straight legs is not only enticing but also beneficial in preventing joint strain and pain. So, let's achieve a healthy leg line that everyone envies!

Body type classification

You can achieve your body goal effectively by knowing your body type. In that way, you can select the appropriate exercises and set the goals you are able to reach. I use the methodology which classifies into five types. Are you interested to know which type you are?

Online group 

This class is for the upper body. This is recommendable for those who do a long time of PC work having less exercise. And also this is effective for shoulder stiffness. We use zoom.

Group lesson is small, so I can take a detail check! It takes a long term to improve the bad posture but I feel the effect little by little by continuing the exercise. My terrible stiff shoulder have improved considerably!

I was so surprised since the muscles I trained in the lesson were the muscles I had never been aware of in my daily life.  I learned that I should use these muscles by right way in standing and walking.

I have been to a massage or chiropractic, but those were only the temporary refreshment. However, after I continued exercising with Mis. Murata, my body strain is corrected and bad posture is getting better. Additionally the stiffness and pain are getting better.
