〇 What made you start exercising?

I had a pain in my right knee five years ago and I went to the orthopedic clinic, and I knew the cause was bad posture and weak muscles. I have round back and bow-legs. I have known that my muscle was weak since I dislike exercise, but I was so shocked when I knew it's difficult for me to stand straight, even stand alone! I thought "Doing nothing is harmful for me.", so I started Ms. Murata's class.

〇 Not into exercising, but is that okay?
I'm also not good at exercising and dislike it too.
I have known that I can not continue absolutely by myself, so I decided to take a paid exercise lesson.

There are free videos on YouTube, but it's so many, that I couldn't find out suitable one for me. Above all, I couldn't do well with videos and it was impossible to continue.

Exercise can be stressful to the body, and it could also be ineffective if not done correctly. I think exercising with a trainer can be more effective, even if it costs a bit of money.

〇 Can we get enough checks in the studio lessons?
Yes.

Body distortion is a long term habit. The method of exercising to return the posture to the correct position and build muscles may be suitable for people like me who are not good at exercising.

Currently, I use weekly zoom online lessons and studio lessons once a month.
In the studio, I get a checking if my exercise movements are correct or not, so that I can exercise more effectively. In addition, the group lessons are small members, so I can get a detailed check.
It takes a long time to improve the body, but as I continue, I gradually realize the effect.

My terrible stiff shoulders have improved considerably!

The one-hour lesson is fulfilling, and after the lesson I get a little muscle soreness, but my body feels refreshed, because I move muscles that I don't normally use. I also learned how to exercise, so I was able to continue training at home.

I have taken decorte class so far, but since my upper body symptoms have improved, I took leg class for the first time this time. The muscles I trained in the class were the muscle which I had never been aware of in my daily life, so I was so surprised, and I felt "I should use these muscles to stand and walk correctly!" Ms. Murata checks my posture very detail in the class. Additionally, most of exercises are simple, so it's possible to train independently at home. I felt if I continue studio lessons and self-exercise, I can get a considerable effect.

It is said that humans are old from the legs, so I want to continue the lessons and learn the correct way of standing and walking!

It's been a year since I took Ms. Murata's lesson.

I have been to a massage or chiropractic because of many years of stiffness and pain caused by bad posture, but those were only the temporary refreshment. However, after I continued exercising with Ms. Murata, the body distortion gradually corrected, and my bad posture is getting better. Additionally the stiffness and pain are getting better also. 
Exercise is not a difficult and strenuous movement, so even I, who is not good at exercising, can continue.
I am looking forward to future results.

I took a First total body check course, and I could know about my body distortion and characteristic in detail.

From about 15 years ago, my stiff shoulders (left) have been getting worse, and I couldn't do anything without magnetic plaster. I felt "I have to do something...", at the time I know Ms. Murata so I decided to take her session.
In first total body check, it started from so detail interview of medical history, body condition and daily life. And body check was also detail, it was from top of the head to toes. In the interview I was impressed with Ms. Murata's attitude, "I will not miss any small signs!!" 8-> In the session, I know my body distortion, tilt, and the difference of the leg length. And above all, the cause of stiff shoulders was the posture at work!! 
I was so glad when Ms. Murata said, "we could find out the cause so there is a way to solve it."
Now I take mainly online lesson and sometimes private session. Since Daikanyama is far from my place.
In online lesson, the number of students is small, so she check for each student's movement in detail and her guidance is different for each students. It's so thankful and relief. After all, it helps me to use my time effectively. I can save the time of going out, do housework up to 5 minutes before the lesson, and have my own time soon after the lesson.
I have taken online lesson for about a half year, now I noticed that I didn't put the magnetic plaster recently!! I'm really happy :)

In addition, the next day of lesson I have grate defecation so I feel refreshed :)!!

I think I have to keep my body in good condition from now on since I have a plan going on a trip with my daughter even in my 80s!

For several years now, I have been going to the gym to have opportunities to exercise.

However, I always felt pain in the same part of the body, and I could not feel the improvement, so I was worried if I didn't exercise properly.

Ms. Murata's total body check course is very detailed. It was a good opportunity to learn about my body habits and what I should be pay attention to for the future.

In the group session, she gave me advices based on the result of my total body checking, so I was able to imagine how I should move.

Muscles and joints are more detailed than I thought, so I think it wouldn't be easy to correct the position of joints that have been distorted without knowing it.

So, her session is very precious for me because I can focus on my body a lot. Thank you!

I could train with fun. Lesson was good because she thought me accurately and firmly when I wasn't sure if it was working properly. So I could train well.

After the training, I was surprised because my bow-leg and the protrusion of greater trochanter got better!!

I want to attend again. And I want to train my triceps. I want to improve the thickness of my upper arm.

In my first session I was very impressed by the detailed and thorough analysis of my body condition. Very precise and accurate. After the second session some backpain issue has disappeared. And it has not come back yet.
The exercises to improve my body condition and posture are very effective. After each session I can feel some progress. Even people around me notice that my posture has improved. So far it seems to be more effective than my yoga asanas I am practicing. I am always looking forward to the next session, although it is also hard work, it does not come by itself, but the support and the direction given by Murata-san are so effective and efficient, that it is absolutely worth doing it and continuing it.
