It is extremely difficult to maintain a good posture while working on a computer.
This is because "human as animal" have not "evolved" to adapt to personal computers.
Long time ago we were monkeys, and we moved to the grassland from the jungle tree. It means we were easier targets for larger animals. That's why we had to overlook far and far to survive.
The line of sight was always "diagonally above and far", and the head is inevitably pulled up "directly above". Our bone shape evolved to adapt for it.
On the other hand, how about a computer? Looking into the screen placed on the desk. The line of sight always is near & diagonally below and the head also falls forward & below.
Considering the history of human evolution, it is only just recent that the computer has become so popular. A computer is stressful for our body since we don't have a bone shape that is suitable for computer work.
But we can not work without a computer nowadays...
So if you use a computer, these two points below would be important to maintain your good body condition.
・You should recognize that your body will be stressed
・You need to do a conditioning exercise
So, do you have any ideas how to maintain your body?

・Checking the movement of each student
I will check the movement one by one.

The maximum number of participants is 8 so that I can check the movements of each person.
・Monthly membership system
The content is for the purpose of body conditioning. I chose the monthly system because I want you to feel the effect by continuing.
Exercise habit is so important to maintain a good body condition if you are a "modern human"!

I will check if I can see your body on the screen by placing the device in the same position as on the day of the session.
And I will announce the precautions for the session, only then we will decide the starting day.
I will also check your physical condition such as pain (not detail).
If there is no problem, it takes about 10 minutes. If you are not familiar with ZOOM, I can help.
4)On the day of the session
Please join the session on time. You may also join the session 5 minutes before the starting time. Have fun :)

6000 yen / month (If you start in the middle of the month, the fee is prorated.)

*Only those who has taken the "total body check" can take one-time session without the member ship at 2000 yen. Please apply by 12 noon on the session day.

<Things to prepare>
・Internet access
・PC or smartphone or tablet (I recommend a bigger screen.)
・Enough space where you can exercise
・Yoga mat or floor mat to avoid pain when you lay down on the floor
・Foam roller (If not available, a cushion can be used instead)
・Cushion
・Face towel
・Flexible clothes (I highly recommend not wearing black, since it's difficult to check on the screen.)
<Make-up class>
I open an extra class once a month because I think it's difficult to attend every Wednesday.
Usually, the date is the last Sunday of the month.

<How to unsubscribe>
Please let me know by the 25th of the previous month. If there is no notification, it will be updated automatically. There is no minimum contract period, but if you want to change your body, I recommend trying at least 3 months :)
