In this session, we do a detailed check of the bone characteristics and the body history. Let's find out the cause of the problem and consider the possible risks in the future. An examination from a physical expert is highly recommended to learn how to keep your body stays longer.

The exercise is focused on solving physical issues respectively. One of the advantages is to respond right away for the body changes. I recommend this not only for those who want to ease the pain or correct the posture ASAP, but also for regular posture checks.

Group lesson is small, so I can take a detail check! It takes a long term to improve the bad posture but I feel the effect little by little by continuing the exercise. My terrible stiff shoulder have improved considerably!
