Acceptable date & time of each session are as follows. It will be smooth if you can give me 2-3 schedules.​

・Thursday  5:30pm - 10:00pm

・Saturday  12:00noon - 3:00pm, 8:00pm - 10:00pm

・Sunday/Holiday　  7:00am - 10:00pm

face to face session such as first body check or private session

    *First total body check is only at 1:40pm or 7:30pm

  • After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation in the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email, you may check the spam folder or the promotions folder.

  • I will contact you by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, it is possible that there are some problems. I apologize for the inconvenience, but please submit the form again.

  • If I suddenly cancel my class due to bad weather or other events, I will contact you by phone.

  • A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations and changes. Two days before: 25%, The day before: 40%, On the day: 60%

  • To join the session, I will ask you to sign the consent form below on the session day. Please check before joining.

1. I don't join a session when I'm not feeling well. 2. If I notice any changes during a session, I will immediately offer and stop. 3. I will follow the instructor's instructions. 4. I always join the session at my own risk and control. 5. I will not join if I am or may be pregnant. 6. I agree to take responsibility for any damage or loss of property.

I agree to the above and join at my own risk when attending the session.

<Reservation for private sessions>

  • Booking is acceptable until 10:00pm of the day before the preferred date. If you have a preferred date, please contact me sooner. Advance booking is preferred as room availability varies.

<Reservation for group sessions>

  • Booking is acceptable until 12 noon of the preferred date.

  • Your reservation will be confirmed by an email from me (not an automated mail). Please take note that your reservation is not yet confirmed when you submit the form.
